The Sour Society is a non-profit charity that seeks to ensure orphans in a sustainable manner, relying on organizing innovative events and projects to achieve its goals of ensuring orphans and community benefit. One of the most prominent projects is the "Soul Podcast", which was launched on May 17, 2024.
Podcast Project Objective
The Soul Podcast project aims to highlight useful community themes by hosting special speakers discussing issues of community issues. The project relies on delivering meaningful talk content that contributes to expanding listeners' awareness and enhancing community communication. Each podcast episode is supported by official sponsors, where all the proceeds of care are directed to support orphans' sponsorship, achieving the association's goal of ensuring more orphans in a sustainable manner.
Achievements and statistics
Since its launch, the podcast has achieved great success in reaching out to the public. During the first three months, 12 episodes were posted, with 28,000 views on YouTube alone, as well as greater access on other social media platforms.
Voluntary contributions and orphans' care
Total contributions raised through the sponsors of the 12 seminars for the first season amounted to 42,000 Turkish berts and were fully allocated to ensure orphans. This project is characterized by its achievement of the principle of "zero costs", where the episodes are filmed in the COLLECTION AKH studio, which offers all its services free of charge, and also oversees the production of the episodes by a team of volunteers entirely. All of the project's financial care is directed at supporting orphans, without deducting any operating expenses.
