Rouh Eid Bazar

Introduction
As part of our ongoing efforts to support orphans and provide a sustainable environment to ensure them, the Soul of Soul Association organized the "Eid Spirit Bazaar" event in June 2024. This event is part of the annual activities through which we pursue our charitable goals of ensuring orphans and increasing community awareness of our important role and benefit small entrepreneurs.

Description of effectiveness
The Eid Spirit Bazaar was held over two days, on 21 and 22 June 2024. 44 small projects took part in the bazaar, where entrepreneurs showcased their varied products that included clothing, accessories, sweets, and gifts dedicated to Eid al-Adha.

The bazaar was organized with the full support of the official sponsor and cafe Covano, as well as the contributions of volunteers from the Sour team. Operational costs were fully covered, allowing for full income to be channelled to support orphans' sponsorship.

results and statistics
Total sales: Total sales of the bazaar amounted to TL 313,000.
Total rent from the bazaar: 106,600 Turkish lira (equivalent to $3,250) was collected.
Achievements: Thanks to support and active participation, the association has managed to raise the number of orphans sponsored from 60 to 70.
Bazaar accommodation costs
All bazaar accommodation costs were covered by:

- Official sponsor: who provided the necessary financial support.
- Cafe Kovano: which hosted the event for no charge.
- Contributions of volunteers from the Sour team

The "Eid Spirit Bazaar" was a great success thanks to the efforts of all participating entrepreneurs, volunteers from the Spirit team, and supporters. This success directly contributes to improving the lives of sponsored orphans and enhances the Society's ability to achieve its future goals from increasing the number of sponsored orphans to 100 by the end of 2024 in addition to contributing to the support of participating small enterprises.
