Rouh Winter Market

Under the name "Rouh Winter Market," we organized our fourth big event on October 2nd and 3rd, 2023. We collected artworks donated by artists from around the world, along with tooth bags with printed art also donated by artists. These paintings and bags were sold, and the proceeds were used to support orphans in northern Syria.

The event, featured participation from over 40 artists who contributed more than 400 paintings, artworks, and various handmade pieces. We managed to raise over 300,000 Turkish Lira, an achievement that will enable us to renew the sponsorship of the 33 orphans for an additional 6 months, and increase the number of supported orphans to 43.

Success wasn't just about the numbers but also reflected in the challenges faced by volunteers during the event organization. They made tremendous efforts to prepare and manage the event, and were delighted to interact with visitors and contribute to improving the lives of our orphans. All these efforts reflected the joy and appreciation from donors and visitors towards the exhibition and its atmosphere, as well as their strong desire to support orphans in Syria. Many of the contributions in the fourth Rouh exhibition were marked with messages of support and solidarity with the suffering of our people in Palestine and Syria, providing a great opportunity to direct support towards our just causes.
